The partnership was established in 2005. The partners of our firm, father and son, complement each other successfully.
Mr. Jürgen A. Böker studied business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. After several years of working for a renowned Munich audit firm Mr. Böker was appointed as tax adviser (Steuerberater) in 1975 and established a tax advisory office in Alfeld. Mr. Böker spent several years in industry management. In addition, Mr. Böker held various supervisory and advisory mandates.
Mr. Alexander Böker studied business administration at the Universities of Göttingen and Munich and then worked for an international accounting firm (Big Four). In 2005, Mr. Böker was appointed as tax adviser (Steuerberater) and as certified accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in 2009.
